Madge Hill Camp Site NGR: SE 181661 Sheet 99 Ripon & Northallerton.

West Leeds District Camp Site, a moorland site some 3 miles from Pateley Bridge and in sight of the famous Brimham Rocks (only suitable for survival type camping). Local attractions, Brimham Rocks, How Stean Gorge, Fountains Abbey, The Nidderdale Way, Stump Cross Cavers. Madge Hill Campsite, Fellbeck, Wilsil, Nr.Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire. Station: Harrogate.

Phoenix (Morley)

Pheonix Camp Site: NGR: SE257282

South Leeds and Morley District Camp Site: Phoenix is a Scout camp site of 1.75 acres situated in the centre of Morley. The site has a fully equipped permanent building, large camping area, patrol camping area, activity field, a small wooded area and camp fire circle.

Wike

Wike Camp Site PH: OS 1:50000 Sheet 104 NGR: SE 345425

North Leeds Wike Campsite, Backstone Gill Lane, Wike, Leeds LS17 9JS. From an original woodland lying on two levels, large camping areas have been created on both top and lower fields without disturbing the overall ‘woodland’ feeling of the site. The site extends to 8 acres more than adequate for even the largest District Camp. Facilities include a wooden hut with sleeping capacity of 24 plus leader accommodation. Harewood House four miles, Harrogate and Knaresborough 10 miles. Stn. Leeds City seven miles.
