Information RequiredIf you have any 14 - 18 year old Young People helping with your section (ie Beavers, Cubs or Scouts) please can you notify Sally Jude of their: Name / DOB / Address If they are doing 'Service' as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award please ensure that you get proof of this - contact their Operating Authority. Their insurance cover will come from their own Operating Authority for the duration of their 'service' only - thereafter please encourage them to join an Explorer Unit. Young Leaders will be entitled to have their Scout Membership Fee paid by the Group they are assisting in - again it is vital that you let Sally know their names so we do not pay twice for them through the annual Census. |
