The 81st Gilwell Reunion will be held over the weekend 7/8/9 September 2007 at Gilwell Park.
The weekend is an opportunity for all adult members of the Movement to come together for a weekend of fun. Throughout the weekend you will have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities, meet old friends, make new ones and share experiences with your fellow adults in Scouting. There will be the usual great Reunion bases, workshops, activities and evening entertainment.
Whilst planning is underway, we are inviting you to book in advance online. There will be no option to pay on arrival, however, if you choose to find alternative accommodation offsite, you will of course be very welcome to visit the event for a day (or longer).
There are a number of options available when booking in advance:
* Entry to Gilwell Reunion – Either the full weekend or a single day
* Meals in the Park Café – A wide range of meal options are available. There is no requirement to make the choice of meal that you want when you book, this can be made on the day. There will be a number of choices available and at least one vegetarian option. Please note that meal costs cover the cost of a main meal and drink (cold or hot).
* Campsite fees at Gilwell Park –If you choose to arrive at Gilwell Park before the event, or stay on after, there is the option to book overnight stays. These are available for a period of two weeks before the event and one week after. Please note that if you are bringing a caravan there is a requirement to pay the one off caravan fee plus the overnight fee for each person staying on site.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that Gilwell Reunion is an adult event where the bases, workshops and activities are specifically aimed at adults. We understand that there may be occasions when it is not possible to avoid bringing children and young people, due to child care arrangements, however due to extensive customer feedback we are discouraging children and young people attending the event and not offering a child entry rate.
Booking terms:
* Any cancelled bookings are subject to a full refund, less a £5.00 administration fee
* Failure to attend (without notifying the Scout Information Centre, by calling 0845 300 1818, prior to 7 September) does not qualify for any refund.
* Proof of age may be required upon entry to validate eligibility for Scout Network ticket option.
