The Skills4U weekend was held over 20/21st September and provided Explorer Scouts and Leaders the opportunity to participate in, and develop, the foundation skills for Scouting.
Kate from Leeds said,'The weekend was fantastic. I baked a sponge cake in a cardboard box, learned how to pioneer and so many other skills I can pass onto my Scouts. Thanks to all the team involved.'
The First Prize in the Lucky Ticket Draw was Matt Dixon, a Young Leader from Morley (SLaM) who has won a Vango Banshee hike tent. Ticket Number 298
A second Prize of a camping airbed with pump was won by Jo Claughton, CSL from Pontefract & Castleford.Ticket Number 516
