County AGM & BBQ – Tuesday 15th July 2025
NOTICE OF
2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of Central Yorkshire County Scout Council will be held at Bramhope Scout Campsite on Tuesday 15th July at 8.00pm proceeded by a BBQ at 6.00pm
All are welcome to attend but only Council members may vote. Membership of the Council is now much wider than previously and is given in POR 5b.3.2.7; please contact me if any clarification of the list is needed. You do not have to register just to attend the AGM but this can be done at the above link
There are vacancies for trustees this year. There are some restrictions on being a trustee and hence on Board membership. These restrictions are given in POR rule 5a.1.5.3, which will be checked before confirmation of any appointment. Full details can be found at:
Nominations for trustees can be made here, self-nomination is preferred but it is possible to nominate somebody other than yourself.

Please note that nominations will close on 23rd June. This is to allow the Board time to consider the names to recommend for appointment at the AGM.
