26th World Scout Jamboree -Roadshow Webinar

A World Scout Jamboree is an event for young people aged between 14 and 18. It is a gathering of Scouts and Guides from all over the world for an exciting programme of global development, peace, cultural understanding, adventure, fun and friendship.

 

The 26th World Scout Jamboree Site is located on Wyspa Sobieszewska within the borders of the city of Gdańsk, on the coast of the Baltic Sea in northern Poland.

 

The 26th World Scout Jamboree will take place from the 30 July to the 8 August 2027. To participate as a Youth Participant, individuals must be between 14 and 17 years old at the time of the event. This means they should have been born between 30 July 2009 and 30 July 2013.

 

Central Yorkshire scouts will be holding a number of roadshows across the County to share information regarding the Jamboree with any age eligible Young Person.

Dates:

  • 9 July at 7.30pm – West Leeds Scout Headquarters, LS28 7AQ
  • 16 July at 8.00pm – St Chads, Leeds, LS16 5JT
  • 17 July at 7:30pm – St John the Baptist, Normanton, WF6 1BA
