County AGM – Monday 14th September 2026
The Annual General Meeting of Central Yorkshire County Scout Council will be held at St. Chad’s Parish Centre, Otley Road, Leeds LS16 5JT on Monday 14th September 2026. Note that a one-way system operates to the centre car park; further details can be found here:
All are welcome to attend but only Council members may vote. Membership of the Council is given in POR 5.16 e (ii); please contact me if any clarification of the list is needed.
The Annual Report and Accounts together with other documents will be uploaded to the County website at least a week beforehand.. If there is a need for a vote for membership of the Executive Committee then this will be done electronically in advance of the meeting
