Inspirational Volunteer Award

The Inspirational Volunteer Award

The Inspirational Volunteer Award has been set up to recognise the contribution of individual members within our County, who through their dedication and hard work, have been influential and inspiring to our Young People.

Within our County, we have thousands of Volunteers who give up more than just 1 hour a week to shape young minds!!

The recipients of the Inspiration Volunteer Awards are nominated by Young People, with the support of other Adult Volunteers, to recognise the significant impact they have made and to say a huge thank you!

This Award runs annually and a maximum of 12 Inspirational Volunteer Awards can be made each year, with 2 available per section. The winners will receive a certificate and a special Necker to wear with pride.

Nominee Eligibility:

1. This award is only open to current members of Central Yorkshire Scouts (Trustees and members of the Executive Committee are applicable).

2. Non-members and past members of the Central Yorkshire Scouts are not applicable.

3. Self-nominations will not be accepted for this award.
