The Rock ‘n’ Roll Panto: What’s On: City Varieties Music Hall: Leeds Heritage Theatres

Tickets cost £23.50 per person (leader, helper or young person) to include an ice lolly and a blanket badge.

Bookings will be on a first come first served basis. Bookings are to be sent to the County office with the form (link below).  Any bookings will only be accepted once payment is received. Payment can either be made via cheque or you can elect to pay by BACS (which is preferred due to bank closures). Once your booking form is received, Cathryn in the County office will send an invoice with details for payment. Please confirm to Cathryn when the invoice has been paid so she can reconciliate and update the list to confirm the booking is now accepted.

BOOKING FORM

The pantomime is offered to Cubs, Cub Leaders and Cub helpers (and their children/families).   Deadline for booking is Thursday 21 November 2024 without exception as we will pay for all tickets that week and all unsold tickets will be released back on general sale by the theatre.

Seat allocations will only be done after all the tickets are sold and we receive the formal tickets (so we know exact seat numbers). We will keep packs together – the earlier the booking (and payment) the closer you will be to the front.

Tickets will be available for collection on the evening from Carrie – along with badges.

Please contact Carrie (ACC Cubs) at carrie.pearson@cycscouts.org.uk with any queries.

Please email the completed booking form (link below) to Cathryn.atkinson@cycscouts.org.uk, copying Carrie in (above)
